What a wonderful day it has been. Mr P treated me to a delicious lunch at one of our favourite restaurants followed by a performance of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time.
The play is quite amazing and you are enthralled from the first minute, you can totally understand why in its premiere run it tied the record for winning the most Olivier Awards(seven), including Best New Play.
If you have the opportunity to see it you will not be disappointed although you might have sore hands from clapping. I want to go again.
The weather has been glorious and Truro was buzzing both with shoppers, theatre goers and visitors to Lemon Quay for the IOrchestra, we had the opportunity to sit in the sunshine for a while people watching. I am not admitting to dosing off !!!
